Been getting some super healthy redfish the last few days inshore
fishing the flats using plugs or bait on ultra light spinning tackle.

Next cold snap when the water dips below the 70 degree mark should 
really get things going big time for our speckled sea trout. Can't wait!

Off The Hook Fishing on and off of the boat today! This morning

I hooked this little fellow up with his first few redfish and from the

big smile on his face I would say he is hooked on fishing for life! 

Seven year old Brandt, His dad Tim and grandpa Ken took turns

reeling in over 20 redfish all together this morning. What a trip!

Had some bait leftover from the mornings trip and took my wife 
out for some fun fishing in the ponds and she caught this beast 
of a redfish that almost got eaten by a alligator!

10/11-10/17/15 Belize Trip!

My wife and I just got back from a OFF THE HOOK Fishing 
trip down in Belize at El Pescador Lodge and Villas. We were 
fishing for tarpon, bonefish and permit in hopes of a grand slam.

This trip was a check off the ole' bucket list for me fishing here
 in Belize and on the first day I knocked out my biggest tarpon 
and fish ever caught on fly! My wife and I also caught several 

bonefish, snapper, jacks and a few other species. The snorkeling

was also incredible on the barrier reef that is offshore of the islands.

I definitely look forward to going back down to El Pescador lodge

this time next year and plan on arranging a package deal for some of my

OFF THE HOOK clients and friends. If anyone is interested please contact
