What a trip this afternoon with the Harrell Family one they
will never forget for sure! Both of these fish were reeled in 
by 8 y/o Jackson Harrell who did a great job a catching one
of my biggest redfish of the year and a massive jack. We also
caught several species of sharks as well. What epic 3hr trip!

Jack Attack! Had a blast catching some trophy size jacks with 
Chris and his son Jack today. Both of these fish put up a 30 minute
blistering battle on my light tackle set ups! So fun!

Another fantastic trip with the Nunn family this morning! We 

tried to repeat today what we did exactly 11 months ago which 

was catching my first tarpon of the 2014 season and Kevin's first 

tarpon of his life. (Check the awesome pic below) Well today I put

Kevin, his wife and daughter on some monster jacks pushing 30lbs.

It was a epic first time experience for them reeling in pound for

pound one of the strongest fish in the ocean.We then tried for

tarpon with no luck but caught close to 10, 3-4ft sharks that 

weighing 15-35lbs. What a great day with a great family!

What a day on the water caught this beautiful tarpon this afternoon
with The Darr family after a epic 40 minute battle it was released 
unharmed. Capt. Byron also had a epic day on his morning trip

 and caught and released his biggest king mackerel of the year! 
It weighed around 30lbs and it took 45 minutes to reel in!

Awesome day for sight fishing big jacks on the surface with 

poppers one of my favorite things to do. The shark action was

 also great for a number of different species in the 2-4ft range.
This shark pictured below was Jr's first one!

 What a epic day for catching giant Jacks! Fly, spin, plug, bait
we caught one everyway today and they were all monster 30lbers!

It's looking like it is setting up to be one of the best summers of fishing
we have had in years!
