What a beautiful low country day from sunup to sundown!
Business as usual for the first 8hrs of my day putting my clients on
some nice fish. The next 4 hrs were a bonus trip for me to get up 

on the bow and chase down some tailing redfish with 2 great friends 
and fellow guides. Thanks Capt. Mark for putting me on some nice
fish on the fly! So blessed to do what I do for a living and I still want
more even when I am off the clock!

7/29 My wife with her first monster jack. For sure one of her best
battles and  fish ever from late last night and what a epic fight! 

7/30 Happy Birthday to 14 year old Andy Kloss who had a great 
trip this morning with his dad catching some nice sharks and finished 
up with this stud B-day redfish!

Super Sunday Solo Session!
Take a day off to do what I do for a living...yes I would say I am
a fishaholic! I love to challenging myself to find and catch one of 
my favorite fish especially on the fly! This big jack put up a epic one 
hour battle on my 10wt. Sage Xi3 and Sage 6000 reel that was put to
the ultimate test. She weighed 33lbs and was released unharmed to
fight another day!

monster jack crevalle! The highlight of the trip this morning

was a mega school of jacks we got on and how my client and I

 
double up at the same and put are arms to test reeling in what 
I think is one of the hardest fighting fish pound for pound that 
swim in our waters here in Hilton Head!
