Winter fishing here in Hilton Head is one of my favorite times of

 year to fish for redfish. They have been schooling up in large

numbers at low tide and make for some awesome action on light

tackle and also with fly gear. Today my clients had a blast catching

 some nice redfish  from 1-10 pounds on ultra light tackle.

Who needs to go to Louisiana to catch big bull redfish on the fly

when we have them right here in Hilton Head Island, SC!  Today

my wife and I had a epic session offshore catching big bull reds 

and my wife was just a few pound shy of breaking a tippet world

record on the fly!

Another beautiful day here in Hilton Head and the fishing
was Off The Hook for redfish from 1-10lbs. My clients were
from Colorado had a great time catching their first redfish!

Deep dropping for big bull redfish on the fly with my buddy Raz.
We had epic slick calm conditions and it was one of those days we
could have gone to the Gulf Stream and back in the Egret and not
get a single drop of spray on the boat!

Took a good buddy "Raz Reid" out today for some fun on the fly!

This has to be one of my favorite times of the year out on the water

for many reasons like crystal clear water, no other boats to be seen

for miles and hungry, hungry fish!
