Red Sky In The Morning Sailors Warning
What a beautiful sunrise to start the day with picture perfect conditions.
The morning was a bit slow but as the weather changed for the worse
the fishing for redfish in the afternoon turned out to be great!
Afternoon action with The Lavin family who have fished with me several
times and they always seem to have great luck even in the worse conditions.
Looks like it is going to be a lay day tomorrow with lots of rain and wind.
Super Stoked ! First Redfish !

The Dog Days are here! These sharks pictured are a cold water
shark called smooth dogfish shark. With our water temps a good
Ten degrees below normal they have been one of the best bets for
light tackle fun for the families that been fishing with the past few
weeks when the redfish action is slow. The kids had a blast today
catching a bunch of Dogs!
Family Fun All Day Today!

4/1/2013 Pic Of The Day!
A great way to start off the month with this nice trout caught
on my afternoon trip. Both of my trips today stayed super busy
catching a bunch of sharks and whiting and we also had some
great shots on some redfish but just couldn't connect. Today
really felt like a nice Spring day and the water temp has come
up a few degrees from last week so it won't be long before we
start catching some cobia. Can't wait!

Lucky Lady's caught some nice redfish from yesterday trips.
We also caught a bunch of little sharks and whiting which is a
good sign that cobia will be coming in soon!

Finally a taste of sunshine and some nice redfish this afternoon.
The air and water temps are a good 10 degrees below normal for
this time of the year! Hope it warms up soon.....?
