Another epic solo session fly fishing for redfish here in Hilton Head Island! When I'm not guiding clients and have free time I love going out to scout for new spots on my technical Drake flats skiff which allows me to find fish in super skinny shallow water where most boats wouldn't dare try. I had some serious multi tasking going on this beautiful sunny winter day catching these redfish on fly, filming with a gopro and also flying a drone high in the sky for multiple angle shots of the catch and release. The process of finding fish, guiding clients, filming and editing has taken years to get good at and I am always looking to inovate and push the sport of fly and light tackle fishing here in the Lowcountry to the next level.
