Pictured: Now that is one hungry redfish that ate the top water
plug first thing this morning! We only caught a few but this one 
made my day seeing it come up and crush the lure like he did.
My Co-Captains running my 22ft pathfinders had some luck
catching some sheepshead and a few other species. Everything
is on the verge of busting loose once the water warms up a few
more degrees our big bull red fish will start to move inshore
along with some sharks, cobia and several others. Can't wait!

Had a great trip today with some first timers visiting all the way 
from Minnesota. we only caught a few but the few we caught 
were as nice and a low country redfish could be. The fish in the
middle picture put up one of my top all time battles on light tackle!

One of those picture perfect days for sure from start to finish!
We got into some really nice redfish on the low and high tides
 
pitching the swim baits to laid up fish in crystal clear water. 
I had some awesome clients that caught some awesome fish!

 Beautiful day from start to finish! Couldn't fool the fish on the
fly but had no problem getting them to inhale the swim baits!
 The ZMan PaddlerZ has been my goto plastic for redfish this
year for sure! I can't believe how many fish my clients have
caught off of  these swim baits! Looks like some warmer 
weather coming in this weekend into to next week can't wait!

Always a blast fishing with Joe visiting from New York!
He and I have fished several times together during this time
of the year and today was by far the coldest we have ever 
 
had in March! Joe caught some perfect slot sized redfish and 
some nice trout that are going on the grill tonight to feed his
family and in laws that are also down for Spring Break. Yum!
