Feels like it is finally starting to warm up and today was a picture
perfect day with sunny skies and nice temps in the middle 60's!

The redfish were active on the fly and spin and so were the
sheepshead and black drum inshore in the creeks and wrecks.

Finally some warmer weather and light winds which has made
for some great fishing the last few days inshore on the flats for

redfish and some sheepshead and black drum in the creeks.

The offshore fishing has also been great for some nice sea bass,

black drum and sheepshead a few miles offshore on the artificial
reefs off of Hilton Head. Hope this pattern of weather repeats itself

as this has been a long cold winter already and I am sure as any
of you reading this are hoping for the exact same thing!

Pretty day for some fun on the flats sight fishing for redfish.

These guys were great to fish with and they got to catch some

nice redfish on the light spinning gear. All of the redfish were

over the slot and were released to fight again. In the last minute
of the trip we finished with perfect 24inch black drum to keep
for dinner. Nice to see some warmer temps today after all the cold!
