Family Fun this afternoon catching some really nice redfish and some big bonnet
head sharks on light spinning tackle. I love when I take little kids out and it's there
first experience fishing on a boat . I hope to get them hooked for life on fishing and 
after todays trip I think they will be back for sure!

The Ole' Nor Easter started up this morning with winds blowing 15-20 mph and really 
had the water chopped up which made fishing for the big bulls like last week a little 
tough due to the sea conditions. My clients ended up doing pretty good catching some
  really nice redfish on my morning and afternoon trips.

What a fish this afternoon! Pictured above Raz Reid a local here on Hilton Head
and also Sage fly rods East Coast Rep. Raz put his 11 wt. fly rod to the test late this
afternoon on this 32lb. jack crevalle that took a good 25 minutes to reel in. We spent
all afternoon looking for the jacks and lucked out as we where heading back to the
dock to finish up the day! A+!

16th Annual Fishing With Friends! Fishing With Friends is always one of my favorite charity
events I get to participate in. The event is organized and put on by Capt. Fuzzy Davis and this 
year we had a record number of boats participating to take kids fishing with various disabilities 
from all over the state of South Carolina. What a fish we caught this morning!

Another day in paradise! 
My clients on my morning and afternoon trip ended up with 13 big reds today! 
It has been one heck of a week out there...84 redfish total caught in seven days!
Getting to go out and put my clients on  fish is truly a gratifying experience for me.

The Bull Red fishing has been absolutely Off The Hook the past 2 days!
My clients and I have caught a total of 30 big bull redfish from yesterday afternoon 
to this afternoon! We caught 7 yesterday afternoon and 14 this morning and another
9 this afternoon and bunch of big sharks mixed in as well! SomeGreat Action!

Epic conditions this morning with light winds and a perfect high tide for casting the fly to tailing redfish.
 Pictured above Dr. Bill Miller of Bluffton, SC caught his biggest tailing redfish of his 75 years of life and
he has caught his share of fish trust me! He has fished with me numerous times and caught some nice red
fish on the fly and this one was the biggest for sure. Way to go Dr. Bill! 
My next trip was great as well and the big bull reds were bitting again this afternoon. My clients had
a blast catching these big boys and some nice sharks!

9/25/11 Pic's Of The Day!
The running of the Bull Reds has begun! If you haven't caught one now is your chance give me
a ring and lets set up a trip to catch some. My morning trip was as good as it gets starting with
catching a few nice tailing redfish on the light tackle. Then we tried for the big bull reds and my client
Adrian Zachary caught 10 big boys like this one pictured above. What a trip! The afternoon was just as
good with my client Clay Birdwell who also landed 10 big bull red and a good number of sharks.
20 big bull reds in a day is one heck of a great day of fishing!

Family Fun! This is what I love to do when I have a day off is getting to take my wife and daughter out on 
the boat and scout out some new fishing spots for future clients. Today was just as good as it gets..light 
wind, bait fish everywhere and the big bull redfish were chewing big time! We only fished for about 2 hours
and caught 6 big redfish ranging from 15-30 lbs. and I lost count on big sharks 20-40lbs! Fun!!

Another day of dodging weather and trying to find a spot and not get rained on. It was kind of 
tuff to get the baits to the redfish out there because the pinfish, crabs and rays were eating the
bait before the redfish could get to it, We managed to catch a few nice fish though.

Great fishing out there today...the morning was a little slow but by the afternoon the barometric
pressure dropped and the fish were chewing big time. The Beringer's pictured below caught several
nice redfish and a few big bonnet head sharks until we were chased in by a storm. The action didn't 
stop there as I went fly fishing late in the afternoon and caught 3 monster redfish on the fly!. This
fish pictured above was the biggest of the 3 that I caught and it put my 10 wt. Sage Xi3 to the test!

What a way to start the trip off this morning with a triple header of big redfish. My clients were 
trilled and these were there biggest redfish they had ever caught! It was also the first fish for the
the lucky little lady. We ended up with 4 more redfish like these above before we lost track of the 
school of fish and finished up catching a bunch of sharks & rays and saw a bunch of dolphins!

Well, they can't always be big ones! It doesn't matter how big they are when you are catching them
on the fly. We started off catching a good number of fish using bait and then switched to the fly and
caught a few more the sporting way. This fish pictured was my clients first redfish on the fly.

The bite was Red Hot this morning and my client Charles Rutherford caught at least 20-25 redfish!
Most of the fish were small but fun on the light tackle and we did manage to catch a few big ones
like this one pictured. Great trip!

Another morning of nasty weather made for some tough fishing but we stayed busy catching a bunch 
of bonnet head sharks and finished up with the fish of the day caught by my client Tim Belicka.

The first taste of Fall weather started today with strong NE winds blowing 20-25 mph and the air
temperature was much cooler than what it has been. This cold front really turned on the fish though
and my clients Bill and Sue Gagne caught some perfect slot size redfish this morning.
